Our renovation project included updating a 1980’s kitchen as well as new main level flooring and paint. In our search for a contractor we placed emphasis on customer service – we wanted to have a clear picture of what we could expect within our budget and how communication would be managed. With Corefront, we found our “perfect match”. The sales process was respectful, detailed and design concepts were offered in the pre-contract phase. With the help of our creative and thoughtful designer we were able to agree on a plan and budget that could be completed in the time frame we wanted. The design phase was the most critical part of the project and the managers at Corefront made sure all trades were involved upfront to avoid any surprises later on. Meetings were scheduled and adhered to. We ended up with a plan, material selections and timetable itemized in a contract that reflected exactly what our expectations were. The construction phase was a bit challenging to us only because we chose to live at home during renovations and had set up temporary cooking facilities in the basement. However, we had the good fortune of having a site supervisor who kept us informed of what was happening at all times. He kept his eye on all the trades and activity going on daily which made us feel totally secure about who was coming and going from our house. The house was always left tidy and secured at the end of each day. All our questions were answered and if we noticed something not quite right, it was fixed right away. In the end we have a kitchen that shows high quality workmanship in every detail and is everything we wanted. Our customer service experience was excellent. The project was finished on time and within budget. We have no hesitation in recommending Corefront as a renovation expert to anyone thinking of upgrading their home and it’s value.
